Pricing questions

A repository is any Git repo connected to Gritcadence. Forks count as separate repos. Monorepos count as one repo regardless of how many subdirectories or workspaces they contain.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You won't be charged mid-cycle for a downgrade.
No. The 14-day free trial on Pro and Team plans requires a work email but no credit card. At the end of the trial we'll ask if you want to continue — no auto-charge.
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at 20% off the monthly rate. Pro annual is $756/year (vs $948/year monthly). Team annual is $2,388/year (vs $2,988/year monthly).
No. Gritcadence uses per-team, per-repository-pool pricing — not per-seat. You can add engineers to your team without affecting your bill. Pricing only changes if you add more repos beyond your plan's limit. This is a deliberate choice: per-seat pricing penalizes team growth, which is the opposite of what we want early adopters to feel when they expand.
We offer Pro plan at no cost for open source projects with public repos and non-profits with confirmed 501(c)(3) status. Contact us with your details.
